Conversocial is a software as a service start-up. Our application is already being used by thousands of users, every day, to allow them to manage the huge volumes of comments companies are receiving on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. For retailers, telcos and similar companies, people are using social media for real customer service issues. These are comments that can't be glossed over or ignored. Our software enables our customers to manage this at scale easily and efficiently - ensuring they don't miss any comments, they can respond to real issues faster, and giving them greater insight into their customers.
We started working on the product at the end of 2009, have been live since July 2010, and raised a £1.5m VC round this summer. We're super ambitious and want to build a world beating company, helping develop a brand new market in social customer service.
