Position: Account Supervisor

Rate: $70-75K DOE
Are you an Account Director with agency experience? How about QSR experience? Have you managed an account team and worked closely with client partners to develop great relationships?
One of our agency clients is looking for an Account Director to join their team for a full time role.
This person will be taking a leadership role on the agency's QSR client accounts and reporting directly to the EVP of Client Experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
- 5+ years brand or direct marketing experience in an ad agency or as part of corporate marketing team
- 3+ years of QSR experience
- Proven ability develop and manage successful client relationships
- Proven experience managing teams working cross-functionally, preferably in an ad agency
- Provide strategic and marketing leadership
- Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify/implement products to help achieve client goals
- Create and interpret effective analysis to support marketing recommendations
- Develop broad industry expertise
- Build and grow client relationships
- Understand clients' business, and generate new ideas to enhance client performance
- Build trust, credibility, and client referrals
- Effectively manage team
- Manage team of account service professionals
- Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment
- Provide team leadership that rewards creativity
- Manage financial performance
- Achieve client targets within the context of the underlying opportunity
*Travel required (40%)
