As our Copywriter, you will help grow and engage the user base for some of our newest programs by creating impactful ads, web page and long-form sales copy for our growth and marketing teams. You are a strong writer, with an excellent command of the English language, and past successes to prove it. You also understand the role ad copies play in consumer marketing, and will be in close collaboration with our marketing, content, and growth teams to push copy through a variety of digital marketing channels.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Write clear, concise, and highly converting copy for consumer marketing and sales campaigns, such as on the website, in emails to current and potential users, Facebook ads, etc.
Work with analytics team to fully understand and evolve copy based on conversion & engagement analytics
Work closely with the growth & marketing departments, and juggle multiple projects on a fast-moving, regular delivery schedule
Assist in developing ad concepts for digital marketing ads on channels such as Facebook, Google, Bing, and various others on web and mobile
Understand the goal, message, and audience of each of our offerings, and our company as a whole
Ensure copy reflects the tone of our current and potential user base, embodying the Noom experience & brand voice
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
2-5 years experience writing web/digital/mobile/ad copy for an established consumer-facing digital product
Experience writing direct response copyrequired
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high quality spelling and grammar
A mindset that takes into account performance & analytics when creating copy
Ability to be proactive, multitask, collaborate, and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Ability to address delicate issues with sensitivity and empathy (as part of disease management and prevention, sensitivity and empathy are very important!)
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
