The Creative Services Production Manager is responsible for leading the assignment, scheduling, production and on-time delivery of all creative services projects developed by the Brand Strategy department. This includes, but is not limited to, collateral material for brokers, group administrators, members, internal employees and consumer prospects; advertising campaign materials, print, out-of-home, TV, video, digital display, direct mail notification and acquisition campaigns, and sales support materials. He or she should be organized, have the ability to work in a high-energy, corporate environment, work in teams or independently and be able to handle time sensitive deadlines. This is an ideal position for a curious creative person who is interested in multi-faceted business specialties like, design, branding, production (collateral, print, direct mail, digital, etc), vendor management and project management
