We have an opportunity for an Internal Communications Change Manager to be a part of an historical initiative with our client in the Northern suburbs. If you are looking to be a part of something big, read on.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of change impact on all areas of a large and complex organization. You must be able to understand and explain how an organization will be affected by change and then determine schedule, organization, etc. of the communications to ensure all are in alignment, have the right timing, are executed effectively, etc.

Having specific experience working on mergers and acquisitions is highly preferred and will put you at the top of the list.

Your primary function will be to liaison between communications teams and business teams globally to align messages across all functions.
