Job Description:

We have an opportunity for an Internal Communications Writer with specific experience writing for HR comms to be a part of an historical initiative with our client in the Northern suburbs. If you are looking to be a part of something big, read on.

You must be accurate, fast, able to deal with multiple edits from lots of places, short timelines and a large amount of content. Any specific experience writing content around a large change initiative within a large execution is preferred.

You will be responsible for writing and editing content for HR specific communications to include: benefits communications, organizational change, technical topics around comp and benefits changes , recruiting processes, learning and development documents, etc.

This is not a strategic comms role, this will be more executional and functional writing as the plan and strategy is already in place. Some will be writing from scratch and some would be editing previous content.
