Our client in Baltimore, MD is looking for a part-time Project and Traffic Manager to assist in their Marketing/Creative Department.
This position will be onsite, 3-5 days a week, for 3 months+.
Responsibilities will include:
-Planning, tracking, and managing production/schedules for all creative projects including: Branding, advertising, marketing and communications collateral, direct/e-mail, publications, etc.
-Track and manage the proofing, reviews, and production process
-Manage outside vendors to secure pricing, timing, quality control, etc.
-Collect, acquire, and manage direct mail and email lists
-Coordinate and tract the database input making sure to adhere to guidelines
-Manage and oversee the image database
-Track and report on ROI of the Marketing/Creative deliverables
-4+ years of experience
-Must have previous experience with Project management
-Knowledge of WorkZone project management system and WebDAM image asset management systems is a PLUS but not required
Salary: US$20 - US$25 per hour
