Supervised a team of up to 3 Content Specialists. Interfaced with Campaign Managers, Account Directors and Client Representatives for BLOCKBUSTER, Discover Card, Charles Schwab. Responsible for bullet-proof, deliverable HTML code for email campaigns and landing pages. Worked closely with editors and proofreaders to ensure quality control and quality assurance.

Created a position that served as a liaison between the Creative Department in San Francisco and the Delivery Department in Denver for email campaigns. Responsibilities included HTML production, quality assurance and change processing.

Produced and edited valid HTML content. Adhered to Section 508 government compliance for accessibility. Clients included National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM).
