I work intuitively, looking for where the light falls away, waiting for moments of spontaneity. I know that the process is not exclusively mine and mine alone, but I am an observer entering into the combined dialogue of elements generated between the subject and my own evolution. When we forget to remember, the camera aids our memory. We are living history. Between the objective and subjective, photographs leave behind glimpses of the remnants of ourselves.

I was a press photographer working in the North West of England from 1994. I moved to Oslo in 2005 and began freelancing. I have a variety of commercial and corporate clients plus I continue with my personal projects. Presently I am also a photographer at Blomqvist, the oldest auction house in Norway.
