Deep Focus is a fun, young, high-growth entertainment-focused Top-50 interactive agency, with major clients in the Film, TV, Music, DVD, and Video Game industries. We are seeking an organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with prior Flash website production experience. The ability to manage process efficiently and get the most out of a creative/development team is essential.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Develop project scopes, budgets and schedules
• Work with account management/creative services to manage project schedule to ensure timely project progress from conception to completion including change management.
• Work closely with the team on an ongoing basis to ensure project requirements are clearly defined, met and understood.
• Organize and set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper materials/documentation as necessary.
• Gather and organize assets from client.
• Post creative and secure all necessary internal approvals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain continuity, learning and quality assurance across projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation: project plan, status reports, change requests, and resource requests.

What we're looking for: A team player who is bright, enthusiastic, insightful with the ability to manage a team and multiple facets of a site in order to achieve the overall project goal. This position requires interfacing with Account Executives, Creative Directors as well as a team of designers and developers. We need someone who has the ability to perform well under pressure, someone who can adhere to deadlines, manage multiple sites simultaneously and still bring energy and creativity to work each day. It is imperative that you be self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability. This is a great position in entertainment/online advertising with lots of room for growth for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Project, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• 1-3 years of project management in an agency
• Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Flash and server-side technology a definite plus
