R/GA, Buenos Aires is looking for a hands-on Designer to join our team. A Designer works under Art Directors and Senior Designers to produce engaging interactive sites, brand experiences and other digital media. Taking directions from them, the Designer carries out the established design for the project. In order to accomplish this, the Designer must understand and be able to extend the visual language for the project, taking into consideration not only how it looks but how it works and will be used.

Duties & Responsibilities: 3+ years of web experience and formal design training. Assist with creation of online visual design, typography, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms. Proficient in MacOSX, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Acrobat Distiller. Strong portfolio with engaging diverse designs. Knowledge and/or experience with Flash and web applications is a plus. Able to effectively communicate and coordinate with writers and production artist ensuring visual design communicates desired message.
