Emmis Interactive (www.emmisinteractive.com), a division of Emmis Communications is seeking a Graphic/Flash Designer who can hit the ground running in a high-volume environment with rapid turnaround times. Emmis Interactive services some of the top media outlets in the country- including the two biggest Hip Hop stations in America, Hot97 (New York) and Power106 (Los Angeles), as well as Chicago’s top Rock stations, Q101 and The Loop. In addition, we design and produce interactive projects for many top name brands.  Most recently, we’ve completed interactive design work for brands such as Puma, Ford, Brand Jordan and Fox Television.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and have graphic design experience with a hip design sensibility. A knack for layout, information design, creative problem solving and user-centered focus is a must.  Candidates must have experience designing for the web.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, and CSS. While excellence in HTML & CSS is a plus, we are primarily looking for a designer with a great eye for layout and visual interactive design.
