Sr. Interactive Art Director

The1stMovement, an award-winning full service interactive agency is looking for talented Sr. Art Directors/Interactive Designers to join our creative team. Working closely with our Emmy® Award-winning development team, you will be able to lead and own the visual design for some of the most respected brands in the world including Adobe, AT&T, E!, G4TV, Microsoft Xbox, Nike, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client brand and utilize guidelines to extend the brand via high-impact interatice campaigns.

• Create design solutions that are on brand, on strategy, effective and memorable. Special emphasis on thorough execution and clear concept presentation.

• Track emerging trends in design/advertising as well as production and online technologies, and marketing communication tactics.

• Collaborate with the account/project management and development teams through the full project lifecycle to create and execute elements that deliver defined strategic, business and communications objectives.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and aggressively deal with tight deadlines.

• Lead client presentations or internal meetings as needed.

• Mentor designers and manage contract talent as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in interactive design
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suites products including Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, and After Effects
• Strong Online Portfolio
• Entrepreneurial spirit and flexible nature a must
• Comfortable working in small, nimble and casual environment
• Great sense of humor and enjoys having fun!
