Web Developer
Pop Art is looking for a multi-faceted web developer to join our growing agency. We're building a team of interactive rock stars and you could be our newest addition.
Our list of national clients has been keeping us pretty busy lately. We're doing everything from integrated online media campaigns to enterprise-class web sites and custom application development, including first of their kind Facebook applications.
You could be the one, if:
You can write tight code: CSS, HTML, jQuery, PHP, AJAX, possibly even some ASP.NET. You have no problem collaborating with programmers, designers, and client services to deliver client-focused solutions. You want to give input on usability, what is best for the client, for the function of a site, and for the client's business. You also want to give input on projects regarding cost and potential time/budget pitfalls.
You understand SEO and how to apply assessment - be it h1's, query strings, or event tracking functions. You might even be able to administer WebTrends to accurately set up custom reports, filters, path analysis, scenarios and profiles.
You know web standards inside and out. You know when to follow them (and when not to).
You want to grow, progress, advance. You are well informed as to what is going on in your field. You have a passion for professional development and you seek out new learning and new inspiration. You're a prolific blogger. You get excited at the prospect of getting out into the community to learn and network.
In additional to your robust technical skills, you are a team player. You are the person who can be counted on in the clutch. You can work with the team to find feasible and worthwhile solutions for our customers, and when someone needs it you're there to lend a hand.
You like big-picture problem-solving. You delight in opportunities to put on your thinking cap and take on tough problems.
