You:

• Deep interactive expertise with extensive agency/client experience.
• Copy or Design background with a history of successful campaigns.
• Involvement with large-scale site redesigns, social media, and functional processes.
• Can see through all the Internet hype and find the most effective solutions.
• Adept at hiring, managing, and motivating creative staff (both fulltime & freelance).
• Want to be in on client meetings from the beginning and enjoy presenting work.
• Possess a solid understanding of Internet architecture.
• Hungry for exciting work with high-profile brands.
• Are looking for a true interactive agency that feels right.
