Interactive Digital Designer

We are seeking people from various backgrounds (web, graphics, motion and product interface) who enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team to come up with radically new and meaningful design solutions that excel in the global market and outshine the competition. About Native:

We are a design consultancy working for leading international brands, crafting unique and exquisite user experiences overarching product, interaction and service design. We are based in Shoreditch right in the most buzzing and creative area in London. We are occupying a large open-plan studio space and are looking to employ the best people in the industry to complement our multinational world-class design team. We are currently looking for people at various skill-sets to grow our digital design team:

Senior digital designer / Creative director:

• ability to think strategically and work across disciplines
• lead and direct a team of multi-disciplinary UI designers
• manage projects and facilitate client facing meetings
• exceptional visual design and software skills
• solid understanding of technical/implementation constraints across UI platforms
• sensitivity to balance user and client needs without compromising the end result
• experience in ethnographic research, testing and validation is a plus

Mid-weight digital designer:

• exceptional visual design skills
• ability to push the creative boundaries in visual and motion design
• thorough understanding of animated interfaces
• exceptional software skills
• ability to translate complex systems into elegant, simple and intuitive interactive experiences
• experience in interactive prototyping
• background either in product interaction or web/service related interfaces is a plus
• knowledge of motion graphic and/or 3D packages is highly desired

Intern / Junior digital designer:

• We are seeking the best talent in interaction, web, graphic and motion design in or just out of college to join our team.
