    As a member of the support team I needed to communicate well with children, always be patient and adaptable, and have endless reserves of energy. Assisted in managing the well being of Special Needs pupils to better integrate successfully into a main stream school environment.

    One student under my care was impaired with cerebral palsy which left her predominantly wheelchair bound, my main duties involved escorting her safely around campus and overseeing her needs.

    In her position as an Architectural Assistant, Michelle was employed at our office from June 2007 to April 2009. During this time she proved to be a most reliable, conscientious and effective member of the Architectural production team. Michelle is professional and efficient in her approach to work and liked by her colleagues and peers. She is well presented and is equally capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

    During her time with Stanley Bragg Partnership, Michelle was responsible for the production of Architectural drawing information, graphics presentations and desktop publishing. Her natural artistic flair and competent grasp of all associated software application used to produce such information made her a valuable asset to the company.

    More recently Michelle has been attending web design courses and has been responsible for the re-branding, management and continued development of our company’s website. Her contribution and dedication to this task cannot be emphasised enough. Michelle was always willing to offer her assistance in any aspect of the office and her infectious enthusiasm made her a pleasure to work with. She is a pleasant, generous, motivated person who is never afraid to take on a challenge.
