As the Visual Design Manager at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online, he manages over a dozen artists who are responsible for creating successful and popular Disney Parks sites, including DisneyParks.com, DisneyWorld.com, Disneyland.com, DisneyVacationClub.com and DisneyCruise.com. He wears multiple hats at Disney, and is responsible not only for managing the team, but also recruiting new talent, making resourcing and staffing decisions, initiating and cultivating vendor relationships and working as Art Director or UX Lead on larger internal projects.
