Wellington, New Zealand and Los Angeles, CA

I have been working as an interface designer and information architect since 2001. I absolutely love what I do for a living.

I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of capacities, at a variety of institutions, which has made me well rounded and versatile. My body of work consists of large clients from around the globe, (New Zealand Post, Parkinson's New Zealand, MGM, AT&T, Scripps Networks, + Baileys to name a few) and smaller companies. I've worked on the agency side and in-house.

I'm currently living in Wellington, New Zealand. I'm available for remote work (New Zealand is only 3 hours behind the west coast of the US - like Hawaii) and onsite, full-time or contract work if in Wellington.

When I'm not obsessing over perfect pixels, I love to bake and cook (I'm trying to introduce New Zealand to the whoopie pie). I love hot yoga, exploring all the beauty my current locale has to offer, and having long conversations over some fine, Kiwi wine.

    Reevoo.com is a user review website that focuses on electronics. I worked directly with the development team, the UX director and Reevoo management to reassess the goals of the site, develop personas and commence a redesign (and rebranding effort).

    Additionally, I managed the day to day designs as they were needed for the site. I also managed the design of Reevoo’s other product - ReevooMark.

    Worked with the UX team redesigning the YPC website. Since the launch of the redesigned site, the click-through rate has increased over 40%!

    My function was to compose layouts and build wireframes and flows. The new system we developed is user focused, aesthetically appealing and is intuitive, making a seamless process for searching.
