IA:
User Experience/Information Architect

Overview: Not your everyday User Experience/Information Architect. A leader and agent of Frog change. 5 years experience minimum for someone who is responsible for defining user interface solutions that meet both client goals and target audience needs. These solutions focus on audience definition, end-to-end user flows, content organization and classification (information architecture), user interaction design, and optimizing usability.
General Responsibilities
• Build and direct a user experience strategy aligned with and supportive of client brand goals and marketing objectives
• Work closely with planning and creative teams to help define target audience needs and motivational factors and translate them into concepts for compelling interactions and experiences
• Ensure that every UX deliverable refers to business, brand and project goals
• Participate in scoping new work and/or client presentations
• Contribute to StrawberryFrog’s UX process and methodology
• Provide subject matter expertise for best practices in information architecture, interaction design, and usability
Project Responsibilities
• Leverage client documentation and lead key-stakeholder working sessions to understand a projects’ functional requirements and document them
• Plan, lead and/or participate in immersive user research, concept testing, card sorting, and usability testing
• Create user profiles, personas, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes to precisely detail users’ experience and interaction specifications through an application and/or web site
• Categorize/organize dense levels of content that promotes good information architecture for a web site or web application (scalable and searchable, and implementable within a CMS)
• In collaboration with the account lead and project management, incorporate UX deliverables into internal and client presentations and ensure documentation is professional, engaging, persuasive and supported by a sound rationale
• Inform project management of needs, schedule changes, or updates to your projects (i.e. scope changes, additional resource needs, etc.)
Qualifications:
• More than 3 years experience developing interactive products/solutions
• At least 2 years experience as an information architect, interaction designer, or experience designer
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Experience in client services and formalized client requirements gathering experience
• Strong human factors and usability analysis skills
• Experience integrating media (i.e., video, flash) into rich web interfaces
• Proficient in the use of Information Architecture software (e.g., sitemap, user flow and wireframing software), MS Office
• Fluency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with CMS implementations is a plus
• Degree in a related field, such as human-computer interaction, library science, graphic design, industrial design, or equivalent experience is a plus
• Experience observing user research and translating user research into design decisions is a plus

Senior Analyst:
Someone who dreams big and wants to blow the cobwebs out of the attic of technology and marketing. A minimum of 5+ years experience to lead in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns and must be able to deconstruct the big picture into measurable items and to assess goal achievement.
General Responsibilities
• Build and direct measurement strategies and implementation plans aligned with and supportive of client brand goals and marketing objectives
• Work closely with project members (account, planning, UX/IA, creative, technical, project management) and clients to help define campaign goals, key performance indicators and translate them into tactical solutions to promote compelling interactions and experiences
• Participate in scoping new work and/or client presentations
• Provide subject matter expertise for best practices in campaign tracking, measurement and analytics
Project Responsibilities
• Support the account and planning team, leading clients through the analytics process
• Develop measurement and implementation plans based upon client goals
• Develop reporting, high level analysis, and recommendations for assessing project performance
• Develop, track, and analyze multivariate tests for site optimization
• Support strategy and creative team with analytics data and recommendations
• Manage and deliver timely ad hoc reports
• Collaborate with third party vendors as needed to manage measurement implementation
• Work across capabilities to determine feasibility, work effort, time, and cost of analytics solutions
• In collaboration with the account lead and project management, incorporate analytics deliverables into internal and client presentations and ensure documentation is professional, engaging, persuasive and supported by a sound rationale
• Inform project management of needs, schedule changes, or updates to your projects (i.e. scope changes, additional resource needs, etc.)
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in measurement and analysis of multichannel and integrated marketing campaigns within an agency or consulting environment
• Proficiency with web analytics tools (Omniture, Google Analytics, Webtrends, Coremetrics, Unica, IndexTools, etc.) and competitor analytics tools (comScore, Hitwise, Nielson Net Ratings)
• Ability to develop conclusions and recommendations from complex data sets
• Experience with SEM, analyzing or managing paid search, SEO initiatives and A/B or Multivariate testing
• In depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies needed to achieve both business and campaign goals.
• Fluency in MS Office, spreadsheets and report generation
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to multitask and to work well under pressure
• Experience with SQL, database marketing, and CRM tools is a plus
