    Received an internship for a semester then was hired on part-time throughout my final semester of school. In January of 2003, I was hired on as a full-time Designer. Four years later I was promoted to Creative Director. Responsibilities include negotiating project scope, leading client presentations, fielding client requests, establishing aesthetic and funtionality standards, overseeing project development, design (start to finish), front-end mark-up, web application planning and UI, and non technical copywriting.
