Our client, an in-house creative team for a Connecticut based biotech company is seeking a freelance ACCOUNT MANAGER to join their team!
The Account Manager will:
- Work with internal clients to plan executions and budgets
- Consult with clients on how creative will help achieve goals
- Leads weekly meetings to cover tops and deadlines
- Documents/communicates timelines, deliverables etc.
- Builds project timelines and deliverables in Mavenlink in collaboration with Creative Operations
The Account Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience
- Has a high level of emotional intelligence and a focus on customer service
