Creative Operations Manager

Seeking dynamic, self-motivated team member to ensure that the daily business operations and finance functions of the creative video studio team are running smoothly and exceeding expectations. This person will be responsible for working closely with management to develop custom reporting and analysis and forecasting. They will maintain the enterprise project management SaaS and coordinate with the finance team, company HQ, and the on-site Head of Production, producers, clients and freelancers.


Conduct key, forward thinking business modeling and scenario analysis to identify core issues and value-unlocking opportunities

  • Generate presentations, reports, scenarios and comparisons that analyze client data and company data
  • Extract and analyze data and pricing, patterns and related trends, synthesizing data into information consumable by senior decision-makers
  • Create data mapping to explain process and data flows between systems
  • Collect and report KPIs, identify trends and work with senior management to prepare recommendations
  • Prioritize requests and activities and develop schedules and work plans for projects/initiatives. Consult with stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure projects/initiatives are completed within designated time frames and track and report progress to senior management
  • Utilize project management, marketing, and data visualization tools to gain insights, and support cost recovery and growth
  • Attend business development meetings and presentations; Participate in external company initiatives and marketing efforts
  • Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations and marketing experts
  • Interface internally with Operations, Business Services & other regional teams
  • Work in the most proactive, creative and professional manner to provide the highest level of client service possible
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Able to present information in clear, digestible visual formats to be used across business teams
  • Ability to analyze, problem solve and discriminate between important and unimportant details, recognize inconsistencies between facts, and draw correct inferences from information
  • Comfortable with quantitative analysis and creating documentation
  • Strong analytical, debugging and problem solving skills
  • Proven abilities to develop, document, and enhance data quality processes
  • Obsessively organized with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Expert level with MS Office
  • Able to research and learn new software systems, familiarity with social media platforms and enterprise level financial systems preferred
  • Familiarity with Workfront or other creative enterprise project systems preferred
  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Grow, Tableau, Domo, MS Power BI, Salesforce, or similar reporting preferred
  • Can effectively conduct business face to face, on the phone, via email and video
  • Demonstrated professional, proactive and friendly verbal and written communication skills
  • Immediate responsiveness to client requests; Perform well under pressure
  • Ability to interface effectively with a variety of people including team personnel, clients and vendors to establish productive, ongoing relationships
  • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a positive and proactive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help
  • An interest in or experience with digital media, video production or audio visual is a plus


  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or related field required. Master's Degree a plus.
  • 3+ years' professional experience with a global corporation or major brand
  • 5+ years' operations experience in creative services, meetings and events, marketing, or related field required
  • Samples of reporting/analysis available for discussion
