Position Summary Providing a thoughtful and practical approach to production and people management, this leader will be able to provide coaching, mentorship, onboarding support and daily direction to a team of agency professionals. Hire and match the brightest talent with incredible projects and manage a team of creative and technical personnel to develop groundbreaking creative work.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Identify top local and key market talent for open positions in a competitive high achieving agency environment
  • Performance manage, drive and inspire creative and production professionals for peak results
  • Serve as On-Site Manager for all Contingent Workers assigned to The Agency Inside. Be the primary point of contact for introductions, onboarding, conflict resolution, performance management and development
  • Develop recruiting, onboarding and retention strategies across all departments
  • Energize the team and nurture individuals with a goal of strong collaboration, productivity and brilliant work
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for new talent referrals, onboarding and introductions to the Agency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agency representatives, company executives and a wide variety of creative talent and clients
  • Attend key recruitment events with an eye on up and coming talent and passive candidates
  • Partner with various internal teams to assess and introduce creative resources that will help meet client objectives
  • Assure that all contracted talent is compliant with CW policy including security, legal and ethics protocol
  • Work closely with HQ Human Resources and Contract Management to ensure all talent resources are introduced in a methodical approach with a personal, supportive connection
  • Organize special projects as needed, participate in research, planning and Interface with various departments for project execution
  • Report to Sr. Creative Content Executive with and collaborate with them on maintenance and high level decision making for the department
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Process-oriented, ability to create and follow procedure while accommodating for unique needs
  • High level of sense of urgency; Actively listens to others and acts upon information gained
  • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to actively listen, discuss solutions and mediate conflict
  • Ability to quickly assess candidate skill sets and work style
  • Successful track record of sourcing and placing creative talent
  • Familiarity with Human Resources a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter and Show Mgr a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years' ad agency experience a must
  • 5+ years' experience directly supervising production and creative talent
  • Previous Producer or Production Management experience desired
