Reporting into the Creative Director, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Helping to tell the GreenBiz story through the development of visual concepts and creative campaigns.
Maintaining current visual brand(s) presence AND help identify opportunities to improve.
Creating on-going still and video content to feed our social media presence and help support creative campaigns.
Managing the design and upkeep on all company collateral and templates.
Helping to create pre-roll, interstitials and other broadcast graphics for our virtual events.
Porting digital creative campaigns into signage, scenic and other experiential assets for in-person events.
Designing editorial layouts, reports and white papers
Assisting the Creative Director in the management of more junior member(s) of the creative team
Staying current with design and motion graphic trends
Helping to maintain vast archive of creative work
Our ideal candidate would have:
Amazing online portfolio showcasing both your talent as a designer as well as serious motion graphic chops
5-7 years of professional creative experience (agency, in-house or otherwise).
Total mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud including but not limited to: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, and Indesign
Graphic Design for Print, Web and Video (+ all things in between)
Experience working on-set and shooting for post production effects
Video Editing and Post-Production skills
Passion for clean, effective and thoughtful design
Exquisite typesetting abilities
Either experience with or interest in live event production
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous archival and backup processes
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned creative powerhouse with years of experience in brand development looking for a home for their skills. You are passionate about creating and have a maker's spirit. You love variety. Being a media company, you will be called upon to work on a wide range of projects spanning a wide range of media. You are an experienced multitasker, used to managing aggressive delivery schedules and juggling conflicting deadlines. You are focused and detail oriented, your mind cuts through the extraneous to the salient point in order to get what you need to complete a task. You are both an individual as well as a team player, you value input but have faith in your instincts, experience and aesthetics and are willing to speak your mind. You are able to withstand rigorous production schedules during our events and other productions (late nights-early mornings). You are passionate about climate change and being of service.
