About the Job We are looking for a designer with 3-5 years' professional experience to help support the creation of engaging visual materials across social, email and web. This designer will work with various types of graphics including static images, infographics, illustration and animated gifs to bring our clients' stories to life. They will also be tasked with designing beautiful and creative decks of various lengths.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative designer who can work on multiple accounts to produce and edit clean and exceptional designs under tight deadlines. A creative point of view and ability to problem solve will be the key to success.

This is a six month contract position with the possibility of joining the team permanently.

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Experience designing creative and engaging decks (Powerpoint and Google Slides)
  • Excellent with typography and layout design
  • Strong skills with photo manipulation/illustration and retouching with Photoshop
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong attention for detail
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute projects while maintaining tight deadlines and quick turnarounds. Able to implement consistent brand/visual elements across a campaign to create organized layouts.

Nice To Haves:

  • Practical skills in video editing (motion graphics a plus!); creating assets in Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Familiarity with print and out-of-home advertising
  • Demonstrated commitment to progressive causes/values
