growing media team and help us reach an even wider investing
audience. You will work closely with your Mass Market and
Media teammates in executing our various and evolving marketing
efforts. This individual will be a go-getter with a great attitude
who will 1) Strategically manage our paid social media advertising
initiatives and 2) Actively manage our daily Pardot marketing
automation efforts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising strategies and
budgets including Twitter, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram,
and YouTube to ensure our strategy is optimized for success
- Create new social media campaigns, promotions, tracking and
optimization; vigilantly oversee day-to-day performance
- Leverage owned media
- Create and maintain an integrated digital marketing plan
- Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
- Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research
the best ways to increase traffic
- Generate performance data reports as needed for quick strategy
adjustments
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to
maximize results
- Proactively offer strategic recommendations to our President
and Vice President of Media
Marketing Automation
- Define and document the functional and technical requirements
for executing (developing, deploying, managing, tracking, and
measuring) automated campaigns
- Primary responsibility for creating and managing email
templates and landing pages
- Send, monitor, and report email campaigns, automations and
daily blasts as required
- Manage integrity of Pardot data in synch with Salesforce
records
- Create and manage segmentations, dynamic lists, and
journeys
- Develop views and reports in support of results analysis,
reporting and communication
- Develop an effective and manageable automated marketing
program
- Excel reporting and list processing
- Test email templates using Pardot and Email on Acid
- Adjust HTML tags to maintain email compatibility across Windows
Outlook, Web and Mobile Email Browsers
- Develop and maintain Pardot automations and engagement
studio
- Assign and manage Pardot campaign codes
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience with social sites and services from a conceptual,
marketing, and technical perspective
- Excellent writing, presentation, research, and relationship
management skills, with ability to articulate creative and
technical concepts
- Passionate about the engagement value of digital marketing and
social media best practices
- Demonstrated ability to convey innovative concepts and embody
thought leadership in social media and digital marketing
- Pardot experience creating email and landing page
templates
- Marketing automation experience with segmentation, list
management, email marketing, customer response flow, results
reporting
- Excel reporting, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, filtering,
charts
- Adobe Suite
- HTML editing skill preferred. Understand HTML "IF" statements
and responsiveness levels possible in Pardot
- Image processing such as basic resizing and cropping in Adobe
and other tools
- A desire to constantly evolve and learn new technology
- Superior time management, prioritization, and communication
skills
- Ability to handle stress and last-minute, urgent requests
- Extremely detail oriented
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of relevant experience leveraging social media in a
corporate, marketing or brand-building capacity
- 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience including
SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and web analytics
- Pardot certification (or certification with a leading marketing
automation platform) preferred
