Ralph is seeking a Digital Producer / Account Manager to join our Production team.

Ralph is looking for a creative-yet-organized, flexible-yet-diligent air-breathing human to join our production team. As a Digital Producer, you should be the best communicator you know and also an entertainment enthusiast. You are one who's highly knowledgeable in the digital space -- and know how to keep wheels turning to produce eye-catching content. You combine visual and verbal creativity and experience with a get-it-done attitude, and stay organized and calm under pressure.

What's the role?

We need a jack-of-all-trades to join our award-winning production team.

Strong writing, including a confident command of spelling and grammar, are definite must-haves. You enjoy working with people and communicate clearly to keep daily output in step with the larger vision for the campaign. You will be expected to communicate with clients, maintaining a strong and friendly relationship during and after the project delivery. You will be tasked with coordinating large-scale video shoots at times and expected to maintain relationships with production crews and contacts.

You will also participate in pitch processes and brainstorms for projects that range from social to 360 campaigns to app builds, websites, video projects, live events, and more. Exciting eh?

On Ralph's Production Team, each day will bring you new challenges and tasks. No two days are the same! You'll have the opportunity to assist the team with marketing briefs, special projects, and you'll be involved in every step from R&D to creative brainstorming to deployment.


  • Lead client communications and collaborate with client team members to acquire assets / information required to perform work

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and participate in client strategy, planning and concept meetings as needed

  • Lead internal team briefs, brainstorms & special projects

  • Create initial budgets / timelines for review and approval

  • Prioritize and delegate tasks to internal teams to achieve client expectations

  • Coordinate shoots / large productions as needed

  • Track budgets to ensure work is staying within scope

  • Establish a strong understanding of our client's product and their positioning in the marketplace

  • Assist with calendar management

  • Answer phones & relay messages

  • Coordinate company events

  • Manage office inventory & shipments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent work experience

  • A minimum of 3 years' Project Management experience at an entertainment agency or network

  • Shoot / Production experience at agency or production company. Knowledge of the video production process from storyboarding through final editing is a plus

  • Positive attitude, excitement to tackle new problems/concepts and learn new things

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be strong at multi-tasking, managing multiple projects, budgeting and scheduling

  • Strong writing and organizational skills & professional phone etiquette
