Job Description:

CN4 seeks a Graphic Designer to work with our Client Strategy team on producing high quality political direct mail and online graphics. This role will report to the lead consultant for the individual campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer will create multi-platform advertisement campaigns for political candidates/organizations/ballot issues (primarily direct mail); design graphics for social and display ads; and onboard and manage assignments with writers, editors and designers.

You'll be in charge of visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate polling memos and copy into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience with political design projects; portfolio submission required.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to turn projects around quickly in stressful situations
  • Experience with direct mail mechanical and printing requirements
  • Passion for progressive political causes

Nice to have, but not must have:

  • Political campaign staff, progressive organization or labor union experience

Remote; headquarters in Seattle, WA.


We are open to either a contract position or a full-time position in our Seattle office with benefits. Salary DOE.
