The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the training and marketing teams to execute all internal and external visual communications as they relate to classes and events taking place at the learning and development center. The position will be a key player in forming the identity system of the new center, as well as be responsible for creating new pieces of collateral as they are needed by the center's stakeholders.

This position will be the sole design position at the center. The successful candidate must be comfortable being a self-starter and have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for a fast learner with a strong drive to understand a business, and execute projects in a holistic way. The right candidate will have the opportunity to make this position their own!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver holistic print and digital communication pieces under the new center's brand
  • Develop and execute promotions based on a weekly/monthly calendar of programs and events
  • Design materials for classes, coaching programs, and ongoing events
  • Be responsible for creating visuals for the center's blog and website
  • Be able to orchestrate the production of video content
  • Understand best practices for user experience and front end web design
  • Develop presentation decks and graphics for speaking engagements, trainings, and meetings
  • Design engaging training manuals for training programs/tools

Requirements:

  • Adobe Creative Suite Mastery
  • Minimum 3 years' experience at design agency or in-house design department for a large brand
  • Understand best practices for front end website design and user experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in instructional information design is preferred
