Group Marketing Lead

We are looking for an agile and hands-on marketer that embodies excellence, curiosity and courage, to join our Marcomms team. The Group Marketing Lead will lead strategic planning and support the team's execution of integrated marketing programmes, collaborating with different business verticals across the Group to drive marketing initiatives that deliver on organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage an integrated marketing strategy for the Group and its businesses including content marketing and campaign planning.
• Create and manage marketing materials and collaterals (including factsheets, profiles, decks, website) for the Group.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify market trends and requirements for current and future products and services.
• Ensure that the branding and creative vision is consistently applied in all design disciplines.
• Properly document all project materials and information for easy access and reference.
• Work closely with Group Corporate Communication Lead for Marcomms initiatives as well as brand management and corporate identity.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of relevant working experience, preferred.
• Strong understanding of integrated B2B marketing and strategic planning elements including content marketing, user journey mapping and integrated campaign planning.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• In-depth understanding of market segmentation and targeting.
• Keen eyes for design details.
• Management of budgets and understanding of P&L.
• Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
