We are working with a leader in the medical device industry, Cochlear Americas, to find a Marketing Automation Manager in their Denver, CO office. In this key role, you will be responsible for assessing and optimizing the performance of new and existing marketing automation campaigns and programs across both B2B and B2C customer segments. You can apply your knowledge of marketing automation using SFDC and Marketo. Cross-functional collaboration is key to turning campaign strategies into agile Marketo and SFDC programs.
In collaboration with the global marketing automation team, drive the alignment of Marketo instance elements. Manage cross-functional Marketo programs' alignment. Manage and maintain lead lifecycle, lead flows, assignment rules and workspace frameworks within Marketo. Develop, maintain and optimize nurturing, scoring, personalization and engagement programs Work with the global marketing automation team on related aspects of integrations (SFDC), Marketo integrations via SOAP and REST APIs, database health and new initiatives. Act as the subject matter expert with regard to Marketo marketing automation best practices, industry standards and tracking as well as program dashboards and insights.
