As Marketing Director you will work with Filmsupply's Director to gain vision so you can drive the ideation, planning, and execution for all marketing initiatives and campaigns. We represent the best production companies, directors, and cinematographers for footage licensing with anartist firstmentality. Creating brand awareness and driving qualified leads to the sales funnel is your top priority. It's vital that you work collaboratively with our team, but can get in the zone independently to crush deadlines and goals. You love to execute at a high level. Work Location:Filmsupply HQ, Ft. Worth, Texas
Reports to:Filmsupply Director
Schedule:Full-time, Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Ideation, planning, and execution of all marketing initiatives for new and existing products - including all campaigns, events, digital marketing, activation, PR, and social media presence
Create and oversee the budget for all marketing initiatives
Coordinate with Public Relations on the timing of launches, provide press kit, photos or graphics requested
Work with Director to build a vision for the future of the company and challenge the status quo and our historical go-to's
Measure and report performance on marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
Build brand awareness through earned, owned, and paid media
Lead direction on digital initiatives with external agencies and changing course when things aren't working.
Research and identify key influencers on major platforms
Seek to build relationships with influencers through consistent communication
Manage promotions and ambassador programs
Oversee the enforcement of FTC disclosures
Communicate feedback of influencers to relevant internal teams
Events & Sponsorships
Ideate, concept, plan, and execute on all elements for events that are beneficial for the Filmsupply brand
A great candidate will have
A minimum of 3-5 Years of experience as a Marketing Director or Marketing Manager, preferably in the TV and/or Film industry
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising
Natural leadership skills with the ability to conceptualize and articulate a marketing strategy on a consistent basis
A focus on professional growth in marketing and leadership
Strong analytical skills, must be adaptable, calm under pressure, and results driven
Experience with various digital buying environments as well as analyzing, tracking, and testing
Proven ability to manage time well while overseeing multiple projects in a highly organized fashion
The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, but can lead, create, and execute campaigns autonomously
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Google analytics, email clients, Google Drive (Docs & Sheets), Mac OS, Cloud File Sharing Software (dropbox).
Ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally at times
