NEW BUSINESS SALES ASSOCIATE
We're looking for a clever thinker that can find ways around roadblocks and use calculated tactics to get the attention of decision makers. We look at new business as an art and want to attract someone who takes pride in leading their out-of-the box strategies.
Eyestorm Creative is an award-winning agency & production company seeking an experienced, clever, organized and magnetic personality. The ideal candidate will be able to further the reach of the company by executing a variety of marketing initiatives to attract potential clients through strategic planning, digital marketing, conferences, networking, and lead generation techniques.
Digital Marketing:Lead, strategize, and execute the digital marketing presence of the eyestorm brand.
Organizing:Excellent organizing, time-management, and planning skills.
In-Person Meetings:Schedules and conducts a targeted number of face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients each week. Meets activity targets on a weekly and monthly basis as determined by the organization leader.
Mining & Qualifying:Demonstrates strong ability to strategically source, mine, qualify, cold call (whatever it takes) and prospect sales leads in a competitive market place.
Networks:Develops and maintains strong business network contacts to keep abreast of industry, client and competitor activity in support of primary duties.
Events:Providing coordination in terms of logistics and attendance to events such as: conferences, trade shows, client visits/meetings and event sponsoring.
R&D:Providing marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Materials:Providing administrative aid for various projects related to new business development, sales/marketing, which includes: creation of strategic sales materials, ordering promotional materials, sales initiative tracking, decks, presentations, and implementing new business tactics.
Emailing:Ability to develop, write and execute clever, succinct, and effective email campaigns.
Programs:Knowledge of the following programs (or similar): Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Acrobat, Mining Platforms, CRM's, and SharpSpring or Outreach.io.
Self Starter:Ability to take direction and work independently.
Miscellaneous:Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Travel:Some travel required.
College:Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or similar.
Years:5-10 years in a Business Development role within entertainment, gaming, marketing, or tech.
Location:On-site in downtown LA Arts District.
Bonus:Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience and knowledge of the entertainment marketing vertical (specifically video games).
