About Us:

Silver Garment Events is an event management company based in IL. We specialize in strategic planning and execution of events of all occasions and meetings and we offer these services across the country. We have a team comprising of Location Experts, Drivers, Interior Decorators, Photographers, Chefs and Security Guards.

Responsibilities:

  • Under direct supervision from assigned supervisor, create photographic images of events and people as assigned.
  • Download and process digital images from projects; create web galleries and images for print and web publication.
  • Organize digital image files, place on shared server, and maintain digital image archive; research digital images, provide galleries, and make image recommendations to clients..
  • Maintain records related to photo invoices.
  • Provide photographic services such as taking passport photos, scanning negatives and prints.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school graduation and two years of related experience or Associate's degree and two years, or combination of higher education and experience equal to two years.
  • Organizational and customer service skills.
  • Computer skills as required by department.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co workers, clients and the general public.

Bonus Points:

  • Completion of photography courses.
  • Specialized software skills as identified by department.
