ADC is currently looking for motivated "doers" who can influence change and make a difference in fresh food. As a Product Manager at ADC, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, sales, marketing and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products amaze and delight our users.


Own the product roadmap to increase revenue from our clients, by developing innovative tools and new features that fill unmet needs in the marketplace.

Work closely with our UX team to design amazing and delightful experiences used by all of our customers.

Assist ADC in the continued evolution of our products from an on-premise to a Software as a Service-based delivery model.

Capture requirements from multiple stakeholder groups (clients, industry experts, etc.) and convert these requirements into design specifications that can be actioned to development and quality assurance groups for development and testing.

Write clear requirements and user scenarios that define the expected product experience and work with engineering to build out these new features to spec.

Work with cross functional team members across the company to coordinate and communicate product launches.

Interact with strategic customers to directly gather feedback on existing product offerings and to inform future product direction.

Use data in your decision making process and roadmap prioritization.

Represent ADC at conferences, client meetings, and user forums.

Be the leader of your product area by owning outcomes and driving decisions that have positive business impact.

Present product strategy and business cases to executives for review and approval.

Collaborate with marketing and sales to define our strategies to win across all segments.


BA/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration OR equivalent experience required (MBA is a plus).

8 + years of experience with successful enterprise product launches within fast-paced, agile environments.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills with data-driven approach to decision-making.

Hands-on experience in writing product requirements and wire-framing UX concepts.

Strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills.

A "roll up the sleeves" entrepreneurial mentality, driving to get things done.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines.

Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to drive work to conclusion without constant monitoring and intervention, and delivers with consistent high quality.

Confidence to interact with team members across all departments and levels of the organization.

Fresh food/convenience store/grocery retail business and technology experience is a plus.

Past experience working with demand forecasting products a plus

Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies and systems development life cycle.
