Our client, a startup creative agency within a global professional services organization, has built a team to compete with the best. This team services internal clients and produces flawlessly executed world-class work. They are seeking a Program Director to help (operationally) take them to the next level.
Microsoft Project experience is a must have.
You will be expected to jump in day one to consult (and be a trusted ally) with the North America Lead on growth plans over the next 12 months for both the NY and 5 other North American offices. You MUST make all decisions with data to back up your plans. These are not your average growth plans- we are talking growing a few dozen employees into the hundreds in the most efficient way possible.
You need to bring an operational and oversight eye to the table immediately and be able to make concise and powerful recommendations including:
- Scaling large teams (Creative, Project Managers, Operational Leads)
- Overseeing and executing upon delivery problems and timelines
- Implementing new processes related to delivery performance and financials
- Overseeing a small but growing project management staff
- Using data to define and execute efficient growth
The ideal candidate will have 10 years+ experience with a focus on operations, scaling teams, and data / financial tools. You will be the liaison between client teams, business operations, and the creative team and must be able to manage each team individually and collectively as a group. Their New York team's focus is on new business offerings to the world's most well known brands. We are looking for a leader with presence, a voice, and the ability to lead (operationally) with confidence and poise.
