Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented senior designer to join our design team. This role contributes to the creative development of individual projects at Ogden Costa Creative Group, working independently and collaborating with a design team from development of concept and thematic elements through photography/illustration and production. You will also need to interact with the marketing team from various clients to produce high-quality designs. Your contribution will add value to the team and the end product, directly impacting our customer relationships. We're a small graphic design firm that has a passion to produce exceptional creative solutions for our clients. Client industries include technology, entertainment, retail, government, and education.

Requirements:

5 - 8 years of graphic design experience with a design firm or as part of an in-house design department

Excellent portfolio of past design and creative projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Conceptualization of design projects.

Excellent design and concept development ability

Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects.

Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices.

Strong organizational and time management skills; including handling multiple projects simultaneously; meeting tight deadlines; and reacting quickly and smoothly to changes.

Capable of preparing files for both print and digital

Demonstrated proficiency on Apple platform, with expertise with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
