What you'll do at Sam's Club:
As a Sr. Visual Designer on the Sam's Club Experience Design team, you'll go beyond creating comps and specs (though you'll do a lot of that!). You'll use your deep knowledge of user experience design (research, conceptual design, prototyping, testing), in collaboration with a sharp cross-functional team, to create best-in-class eCommerce experiences for multiple platforms. It's incredibly exciting and rewarding to see products in our users' hands.

A seasoned veteran, you can craft experiences for any channel or platform, and you are a leader in the creation of business and consumer product experiences. You can work without close supervision, but you seek out and welcome feedback from senior UX leaders and managers.

5+ years experience designing for multiple platforms, with the last three years in a senior creative role
Strong tendency towards visual thinking and the ability to communicate concepts to audiences of all levels of understanding.
Strong understanding of design theory and concepts to create effective visual communication with hierarchy and balance (typography, color, space, contrast)
The ability to work with design templates and patterns to create and maintain a scalable and consistent website.
Familiarity with process flows, site maps, wireframes, screen prototypes, and functional specifications.
Ability to produce great work in short timeframes, multi-task across different projects and platforms and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the eCommerce business.
A stellar portfolio that shows creative range and innovative thinking
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, creative), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
