Position Purpose
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for bringing social media initiatives to life through content creation, photography, graphic design, excellent copywriting, social monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the strategy. The position will work closely with our Content manager and graphic designers to set a high standard of presentation and voice on all social platforms for our three brands--Sotheby's Institute of Art, The School of The New York Times, and City Football Leadership Institute--as well as our parent company BrandEd. The successful candidate will have a strong and intimate knowledge of the social media landscape, strategic initiatives, project management, content development, and writing creative copy. This position reports to the Head of Creative.

The Social Media Manager's overall duties focus on developing creative and engaging social media strategies and managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools.
