Position: Traffic / Production Coordinator
Location: Boston - Metro North
Estimated Duration: 3+ months
Starts: September 2017
Our media client is looking for an Ad Traffic Coordinator to cover a maternity leave this Fall!
You'll overlap with the Production Manager for 3-4 weeks, learning the ropes before diving in.
As Ad Traffic Coordinator, you'll:
* manage the relationship between clients and creatives
* prioritized and oversee schedules
* ensure creatives are to spec and approved before launch
* make small text changes and edits as needed in InDesign
You should have 2+ years' experience in an Ad/Trafficking role and be comfortable with print & digital media and the creative process.
Must be highly organized and able to juggle several moving projects at once, while keeping creatives and clients informed and updated on milestones.
