Job Description:

Our start-up tech client is growing their User Experience team

and is looking for both a UX Lead and UX Designer!

In the Lead UX Designer role, you will be responsible for: -

Participating in all phases of the product development li

fecycle, including product ideation and definition, creating p

ersonas, user journey maps, information architecture models,

wireframes, prototypes, conducting research interviews, i

dentifying deliverables, estimating effort, design, UAT, post-l

aunch evaluation, and stakeholder communication. -

Articulate decisions with research data, design principles or

other objective information -

Manage and mentor junior designers

You have:

- 5+ years of UX experience

- Degree in IxD, Graphic Design or HCI

The UX Designer will work on multiple concurrent projects

including:

-Creating personas, user journey maps, information

architecture models, wireframes, prototypes, conducting

research interviews, and shadowing users.

You have:

- 2+ years of UX experience

- Understanding of design research, user experience design

processes and methodology, its value and how to integrate into

work.
