The End User Services Marketing team provides an important role in ensuring that our clients - JPMorgan Chase staff - are aware of and understand the technology products that are available to them and how they can leverage - to ultimately be more productive in their jobs. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and product management colleagues across the EUS organization to create and implement high quality content.
Key roles and responsibilities
Responsible for creating design solutions (branding, web, mobile application and print) that have a high visual impact.
Understand the brand and visual vision, and incorporate into design solutions.
Produce assets for a wide range of media, including websites, apps, digital signage, posters, handouts, booklets, user guides, presentations and videos.
Create posters, GIFs, brochures and digital signage.
Ability to create short how to videos to convey step by step instructions on products to the end user
Create animated videos - including creating scripts and storyboards, to convey key messages via digital signage
Support colleague with Usability Interface designs for mobile and web
Produce high quality icons and images for print and digital media, that can be shared amongst the marketing team for consistent branding, as well as one off for unique marketing campaigns
Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
Present ideas and concepts to team members and management.
Work with the Marketing team to understand the need and proactively suggest and implement ideas for marketing campaigns.
Skills and Experience
At least 5 years experience in a visual design role
Stay on top of best-of-breed designs and technologies.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and / or Adobe Captivate advantageous
Broad understanding of the overall marketing experience, how all types of media - online and offline - are executed with deep understanding of web, mobile and UI design best practices.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.

Experience working in a global, cross-functional team is a plus
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
Microsoft Office Suite
