Web Designer

New World Group is seeking a Web Designer

We need a designer/developer with vision that can work with our current design team to create outrageous websites for our clients that are functional and phenomenal, smart and sophisticated, compelling and dynamic.

Our clientele is predominantly high end luxury real estate seeking the most innovative solutions to bringing their brand to the marketplace.

Read on for the requirements. Please keep in mind, this position is partially remote currently - to be full time in person when Covid restrictions are lessened in the state of NJ.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout/user interface by using HTML 5, CSS 3 and JavaScript/JQuery
• Have an understanding of API's
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into web design
• Cooperate with design team and project management team to match visual design intent

To be considered for this role you will need to have :

• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages : HTML5, CSS 3, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Good understanding of content management systems.
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.

• An ability to kill it on a tight deadline and juggle multiple tasks
• A passion for beautiful, funky, cool, dynamic, integrated, sophisticated design
