This position supports the plumbing department at Pacific Rim Mechanical with Building Information Modeling. Responsibilities are the creation of shop drawings for water and gas service lines, waste and vent and all process lines for new and existing buildings using Revit 2020 and Navisworks 2020. This positions is also in charge and responsible for coordinating with other departments and teams within the company and outside the company of all mechanical, structural and architectural features for new and existing buildings utilizing Navisworks and Revit 2020.

Development of Construction Documents for T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint 3G and 4G technologies. Collaboration with project managers to deliver the highest quality possible of small-cell, macro-cell and wire line projects to our clients in the greater San Diego area. In addition, work collaboration with Nokia and Cox Communications as a CAD Manager for the development of fiber line projects in the Southern California area. This responsibility requires the management of Traffic Control and Excavation plans with the Nokia team in Spain. Tackled projects from initial design through construction documents, including construction observation and administration. Elaborate construction details, structural framing, proposed finishes, and material pricing calculations.

Responsibilities include design and drafting of hydraulic systems for residential and commercial pools using Autocad MEP, in addition, I collaborate with team members on the design and development of architectural projects.
