Hi, I'm Dru Jacobs. Creative Director. Writer. Self Butt-Patter.
I like to talk. A lot. It
comes easily to me. Yet, one of the hardest things for me to do is talk about
myself on a resume’s "About Me" section. Especially when those words need to consist of boastful high-fives,
look-what-I've-accomplish-chest-bumps, celebratory pats on the back — and the
occasional one on the butt. Each given to me … by me.
So, I’ll just say this: With 26 years of experience
as a creative, writer, strategist, presenter, producer, schmoozer and leader,
I've had my self-butt-pattin’ hands involved in just about every aspect of advertising,
digital, social, content, promotions, and more, to help craft impactful, award-winning work for a wide range of clients.
Hopefully, my work will do
most of the butt patting for me from here on out.
