I specialize in working with top brands and brands on the rise, having collaborated with creative teams and executives at Nude Skincare, HipDot, Kendo Beauty and Fenty as a creative strategist, packaging design and visual campaign expert. I was the creative force behind Benefit Cosmetics' ascent from start-up to billion-dollar brand. My award-winning packaging and global campaigns led to successful launches that expanded Benefit's reach into over 50 countries. I partnered with company founders, CEOs, LVMH executives and cross functional teams to bring new ideas to market. I sourced external creatives and led a team of 10 in-house designers while maintaining deadlines and budgets. I produced Benefit's first TV commercial, collaborated with famed photographers David LaChapelle and Brigitte Lacombe, teamed with iconic brands LeSportsac and Marvel Comics, cultivated social media influencers and created a culture that was as fun as our brand.
