I’m an Executive Producer based in Chicago with 25+ years of experience across development, production, and post, working in multiple formats and budget ranges. I’m an academic lifer in Film, Music, Design, and Theater, and I trust the adage that art is "what you thought you knew—but didn’t.”
I began my career internationally in live television with ABC Sports before moving into film production, where I worked as a Coordinator, Line Producer, and 1st AD. I further honed my craft through production work in Theater and Music performance—where the show begins at 8 p.m., whether you’re ready or not. Since then, I’ve focused on Studio and Agency projects, including a tour as GM and Executive Producer at Digital Kitchen.
Early in my career, I traveled extensively via the odyssey of production life: sleeping on trains without a ticket, in fields, empty soccer stadiums, and a medley of floors—on one occasion in a luxury hotel, stashed behind a couch and out of sight.
I’ve been scolded by Bobby Knight and James Brown’s tour manager (not at the same time). Other than that, my Yelp reviews are stellar.
