BioHello my name is Maxie Woods, I have prepared all types of graphic art including artwork for screen-printing, embroidery and printing, both Four-Color and Black and White art including books, catalogs, manuals, forms, brochures, signs, and computer slide shows.
I consider myself a T-Shirt Specialist. My most recent employment was at Time-Out Inc., where I produced artwork to be used in screen-printing and embroidery, for a large variety of corporate, small-business, sports, and ad-specialty clients. I created original designs, and also modified our clients pre-existing art for successful reproduction as screen-printing or embroidery.
From 1995 to 2000, I was Art Director for American Publishing & Advertising, I prepared a regional newspaper, The National Guard News, I prepared all the ads and editorials for this publication. I created their Art Department, and I set up and maintained the computer graphics system

This position was for DHR Technologies as a contract employee at, Verizon Communication’s mid-atlantic corporate headquarters, located in downtown Baltimore. I worked for Verizon’s computer based training unit named Performance Enhancement. In this division we prepared artwork for data screens that will be used in computer based training software, by the employees of Verizon Communications Inc., to upgrade their problem-solving and decision-making skills, and to familiarize them with Verizon’s general practices & procedures.

At the OMG Co., the graphics department was responsible for the creation, development, and production of all publications for the OMG Company. My duties included coordination with printers, photographers, technical experts and marketing consultants. The installation and maintenance of the computer equipment that was used was also part of my job, this included installing software and hardware such as printers, scanners, backup units and modems. At the OMG Company we prepared both Four-Color and Black-and-White art, including technical manuals, catalogs, forms, brochures, signs and computer software screens.
