• Collaborating with Merchandising and Creative Design departments to create content for Lowes.ca and Lowe’s Canada Social Media communities, in tune with the business requirements while enhancing customer shopping and browsing experience
• Design creative concepts, wire frames and brainstorm with creative agencies on online and in-store marketing and advertising programs
• Provide competitive analysis and reporting on the activities and strategies of other home improvement retailers and work with the senior management to build project plans, budgets, allocate resources and work with external vendors to meet project requirements
• Acquiring new email subscribers organically through Lowes.ca and a variety of channels such as Store programs, Online Contests and Community programs. Grew marketing email database from 69,500 to 142,000 email subscribers within a year, exceeding goal of 125,000 subscribers
• Work closely with public relations & online customer care teams to learn & improve customer shopping and incentive program experiences.

Art Director on projects for major client such as Chrysler Canada and FIAT Canada web and mobile sites and 2012 RAM website refresh.
• Led a team of designers and developers to deliver over 90 online advertising campaigns with tight deadlines for the National and Regional DAA campaigns.
• Managed all aspects of marketing, including project planning, segment and strategic advertising for the Chrysler Dealer Advertising network.
• The Dealer Advertising website registered major improvements over its legacy version; bounce rate was down by 68%, pages per visit up by 60%, average time on site up by 75% and expressions of interest up by 46%.
• Designed and collaborated with Google and external VFX agencies on FIAT 500 YouTube campaign with industry leading results; 0.28% Click through Rate (CTR) was twice the industry benchmark, 8.58% interaction rate was more than 3 times industry benchmark

Design role includes creating web promotions. eMails and interactive ads for Lowe's Canada and Chrysler brands.
